Terms of Registration

Every individual attending the conference, including accompanying family members and children, must possess a valid conference registration. Entry to the venue will be permitted only upon verification of the official conference badge.

Primary Delegate registration is exclusively available to:

• Qualified Allopathic Ophthalmologists.
• MBBS doctors pursuing Postgraduate training in Ophthalmology.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject or cancel registrations that do not meet the eligibility criteria. Registration fees paid for such registrations shall not be refunded.

• Children below 8 years must be registered for security and attendance records. No registration fee will be applicable.
• Children 8 years and above must register as Accompanying Delegates, and the applicable registration fee shall apply.

Delegates registering under the Postgraduate category must upload a valid Bonafide Certificate issued by the Head of Department or Head of Institution during the registration process. Registrations without valid proof may be converted to the applicable delegate category.

Each registration is issued in the name of the registered delegate and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or substituted with another individual.

All registration charges are subject to the prevailing GST regulations of the Government of India. Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges will be borne by the delegate.

GST and online payment gateway charges are non-refundable in all situations.

Registrations made under the MOSCON 2027 Super Saver Registration Category are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Conference kits will be distributed only to registered delegates after verification of their conference badge. Delegate kits cannot be collected by representatives or accompanying persons.

Delegates must carry a valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card throughout the conference. The Organizing Committee may request identity verification at any point during the event.

Delegate kits for on-site registrations will be provided only while stocks last. Availability cannot be assured.

If the conference dates are officially revised by the Organizing Committee, delegates unable to attend the revised dates may request cancellation. In such cases, the base registration amount will be refunded after deducting GST and payment gateway charges.

For faster assistance, delegates are requested to mention their Registration Number in all emails and correspondence with the Conference Secretariat.

Accompanying delegates may not be permitted access to scientific sessions, faculty lounges, workshops, or other restricted conference areas unless specifically authorized.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make necessary modifications to the conference programme, venue arrangements, faculty lineup, or schedule without prior notice. The organizers shall not be responsible for personal loss, theft, travel disruptions, or communication delays beyond their control.
